We have provided a list of County, State, and Federal Elected Officials that currently represent the City of Melissa as part of their jurisdiction or district. This page contains links to their respective websites with their contact information.

Mayor Jay Northcut and the City Council all have been provided a City of Melissa email which is linked on the City Council page.

You may also contact the City Secretary Hope Baskin at 972-838-2520 if you wish to make an appointment with Mayor Northcut. Mrs. Baskin can also assist with passing on information and special requests to the City Council. She is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the 2nd-floor Administration Suite at City Hall.

The Melissa Area Chamber of Commerce is located at 1710 Cooper St., Suite 200. They may be reached by phone at 972-837-4277 or via email. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The Melissa ISD can be reached at the District Home Office located at 1904 Cooper Street and by phone at 972-837-2411 from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
