Have You Signed up for Everbridge
Melissa residents can sign up for Everbridge, the City of Melissa’s official emergency notification system, to receive timely alerts about severe weather, public safety incidents, road closures, and service interruptions.
Notifications can be delivered by text, email, phone call, and push notification through the Everbridge Public Safety App.

Public Safety by Everbridge
The City of Melissa uses the Public Safety by Everbridge mobile app to share important alerts, weather updates, and safety information.
To install the app:
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for Public Safety by Everbridge.
Download and install the app.
Open the app and allow notifications when prompted.
When asked to select a location, choose Melissa, Texas, or the zip code.
Once installed, the app will provide timely public safety information for the Melissa area. You can manage notification preferences directly within the app at any time.
