New Utility Billing Customer Portal Now Live!

PowerofDataatYOURFingertipsWe are pleased to announce that the NEW Utility Billing Customer Portal is now live and operational as of this week! You will now only need one log-in and password  for accessing your account information - making it that much easier when paying your bill or viewing your detailed water usage.  To register for the customer portal, you will need your full account number (as shown in the top right-hand corner of your bill) and zip code.  If you do not have access to your account number, or have questions about accessing the new portal, please contact Customer Service at (855) 266-4941, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  

Once your account has been created, we encourage you to complete your home water-use profile in order for the best results and personalized tips on how  your family can reduce your water usage and save.  You can also now view and track your detailed water usage and set thresholds and alerts to help you avoid unwanted surprises on your bill.  Learn more about how to navigate the new portal with these helpful videos from FATHOM.

*Note: If you were PREVIOUSLY setup for autopay (ACH or recurring credit/debit card payment) you DO NOT have to re-enroll in this despite it saying you are not enrolled in the new portal. Unless you made a change since your last payment, you are still setup for automatic payments in the billing software and payment should be taken automatically as normal. The same is true for paperless billing, however if you wish to confirm your desire for this there is not harm. We apologize for the confusion but this information has not fully transferred to show in the customer's account in the new portal yet.*
