Sealed bids addressed to the City of Melissa Parks Department will be received at City Hall, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, TX 75454 until 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 22, 2018 and then publicly opened and read in the City Hall community room, for the MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CITY SPORTS PROPERTIES. Questions must be submitted in writing prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the bid opening and may be submitted via e-mail.
Bids will be accepted at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Melissa, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, Texas 75454 UNTIL 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 11, 2018. All bids received prior to the closing of the bid period will be publicly opened and read aloud in the *City Council Chambers*. A pre-bid meeting will be held on at Melissa City Hall at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 2, 2018, followed by a site visit with the Landscape Architect. A Public Hearing will be held for the Proposed FY19 Budget and 2018 Tax Rate on August 28, 2018 with a second Public Hearing on the Tax Rate to be held on September 4, 2018. Both Public Hearings will be held at Melissa City Hall at 6:00 p.m.

RKM Utility Services has been granted an exemption to work extended hours for concrete pours and saw cuts necessary for the completion of the Davis/Fannin Road Project. The work will take place from October 11 through November 16, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Sun Tech Building Systems has been granted a blanket exemption for after-hours concrete pours at the Buc-ee's building site on Davis Road for the duration of project. *NOTE: Sun Tech is required to notify all residents/businesses within 1,500 linear feet of the project prior to work commencing*
