Melissa City Council Place 6 Vacancy
The City of Melissa will hold a Special Election to fill the vacancy for City Council Place 6 on Saturday, November 6, 2018.  Early Voting will be held at Melissa City Hall and Collin County Elections Office from October 22 to November 2, 2018.  Please see below for specific dates and times.

Early Voting Dates and Times:
Monday, October 22 - Friday, October 26: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 27: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 28: 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Monday, October 29 - Friday, November 2:  7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Election Day:
Tuesday, November 6, 2018,  7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Melissa City Hall and Collin County Vote Centers

Candidate Information:
The filing period to submit an application to run for this vacancy will run from Wednesday, August 1, 2018 through Thursday, August 23, 2018.  
Below are the list of required forms and supplemental information for candidates.  These items are also available as a complete Candidate Packet from the City Secretary's Office in the Administration Suite on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
