Sign-up for Online Access to Manage Your Utility Account
Through the City’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and partnership with FATHOM, City of Melissa water utility customers have access to see and manage their water usage through an online Customer Portal.  We are pleased to announce that as of September 2018, customers only need one account login and password to be able to view and make payments on their bills as well as access their own detailed water usage data 24 hours a day.

To register for the customer portal, you will need your full account number (as shown in the top right-hand corner of your bill) and zip code.  If you do not have access to your account number, or have questions about accessing the new portal, please contact Customer Service at (855) 266-4941, M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Once your account has been created, you can now view and track your detailed water usage to help identify unusual spikes in water usage, continuous flow associated with potential leaks.  

The usage data provided in the portal comes from the City's AMI system and this data can be viewed in monthly, weekly, daily and hourly increments (Please allow up to 24 hours for the detailed hourly water consumption data to be fully visible).

Customers are encouraged to complete the personalized home water-use profile which will help better analyze individual usage patterns and identify helpful tips and recommendations to help reduce your family's water usage and then save on your monthly water bill.

Usage Threshold Alerts and Notifications - CopyWant to avoid surprises on your bill?
You can now setup customized usage alerts and receive notification by email or text message.  You determine the usage or billing thresholds for these notifications, which allows for more direct control over YOUR own water usage and subsequent bill.
