Teen Programming Update:
Unfortunately due to low participation, following the January 31st meeting, we have decided to end the weekly Teen Activities Group (TAG) which was targeted to school kids. We do however encourage all interested teens and tweens to come out and join in with our new T(w)een Homeschool Activities groups that meet during the daytime come spring break!
Homeschool T(w)een Activity Group Weekly MeetingsAges 6 -18 meet EACH WEDNESDAY 2-3:00 p.m. in the Library. Open to traditional students during school breaks as well! Learn more about the fun we have planned!

Teen Next Chapter Book Club
The Melissa Public Library is proud to offer this club for our community members called the Teen Next Chapter Book Club. It is part of a national program that is geared towards individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and our program will be targeting to teenagers specifically. This is not a teaching program, but rather a fun way to socialize and read some great stories! For more information, visit http://nextchapterbookclub.org/.
If you or a teenage family member or friend could benefit from a weekly social club, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for feedback to help set primary meeting days and times so be sure to stop by the Library or contact Jennifer Nehls for more information or questions and to share your preferred meeting day and times.
*Note activities are subject to change, so if you have any questions please contact Jennifer Nehls for more information.
