The City of Melissa, Texas is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide municipal towing and wrecker services within the City on a 24-hour, 7-days a week, 365-days a year basis. This includes towing services requested by the City and towing of City owned vehicles, as well as non-consent tows.

Proposal Deadline: Sealed proposals marked “RFP-2023-1104 PROPOSAL FOR TOWING AND IMPOUND SERVICES” will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Melissa City Hall, Attn: City Secretary, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, Texas 75454. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened.

Proposal Opening: Applicant names of all proposals received will be read aloud on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CST, in the City Hall Community Room, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, Texas 75454.
