GET READY FOR THE 3RD ANNUAL MELISSA ROAD TRIBUTE FESTIVAL ON SEPTEMBER 13
MELISSA, TX - The 3rd Annual Melissa Road Tribute Festival takes place on Saturday, September 13, from 3:00 - 9:30 p.m., capped by a grand-finale fireworks display launched from the top of the stage.
This year’s lineup features Graceland Ninjaz (party band), Texas Flood (Stevie Ray Vaughan tribute), and, returning by popular demand, Le Freak (disco tribute).
For kids and families, roaming stunt comedian WackyChad will bring high-energy laughs throughout the festival, and the Kids Zone gets an upgrade with Ninja Nation’s mobile obstacle course along with additional attractions.
Attendees can browse artisan vendors and enjoy a wide selection of local food trucks throughout the afternoon and evening.
“Melissa Road Tribute Festival is about neighbors making memories in Melissa, great music, good food, and an easy, safe night out. We raise the bar each year because our staff sweats the details and takes real pride in hosting this community,” said City Manager Jason Little.
