ONCOR POWER OUTAGE
MELISSA, TX— MELISSA (May 7, 2024) Yesterday evening (May 6, 2024) at 11:23 PM, Melissa's first responders were dispatched to a utility pole fire. The incident expanded to include multiple damaged transformers, resulting in power loss along Melissa’s Central 121 corridor.
Initial reports included 400+ customers affected by the outage, which was reduced to 107 by 12:30 AM. By 4:15 AM, the number of affected customers was reduced to five. Power is expected to be restored to the remaining five customers by 8:30 AM today (May 7, 2024).
