Atmos Outage

MELISSA, TX- The City of Melissa has been notified by Atmos Energy about a gas outage affecting South of Melissa Rd and East of Milany in the Meadow Run addition. We understand this may cause inconvenience and concern for our residents and businesses.

At this time, we have not been given a specific time frame for when the repair will be completed. However, we assure you that our city officials are in close communication with Atmos and are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will communicate Atmos repair plans as soon as we know of them.

In the meantime, we urge all residents and businesses to take necessary precautions and use alternative heating sources. Please also check on your neighbors, especially the elderly or those with special needs, to ensure their safety during this outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
