Applications for a Place on the City of Melissa General Election Ballot may be obtained from the City Secretary's Office at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Your appliction must be filed with the City Secretary beginning February 8, 2010 and no later than March 8, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.  There is no filing fee.
