Update on Spray Fountain/Water feature in New City Hall Plaza Park
The City of Melissa has been made aware of the recent concerns raised regarding the surface of the spray fountain/water feature in the new City Hall Plaza Park.   The surface is an item identified on a working punch list for the contractor to complete prior to handing over to the City.   The contractor will be onsite this week and the surface will be etched to create a slip resistant coating beginning Wednesday June 29.  To prepare for this the fountain has been shutoff as of Today, Tuesday, June 28 and will be inaccessible to the public through Friday, July 1 most likely.  Click on the header for full release.
