Bulk Pickup Offered Monthly - Next Saturday May 14
The City of Melissa and our Solid Waste Provider Progressive Waste Solutions offer a monthly bulk pickup each month on the SECOND SATURDAY.  If you have any questions or are interested in scheduling a bulk pickup, please contact Progressive by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday prior at (469) 452-8000 or email iesimelissa@iesi.com.  Make sure you get a confirmation or call to be sure you are on the list.  Also the Collin County Cleanup Day at the 121 Regional Landfill is normally the first Saturday Monthly, barring holiday.  This is where it is FREE to Melissa residents from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. click on the link for dates for 2016 to be sure - Learn more here.

The City of Melissa will hold its General Election for Mayor and City Council Places 2 & 4 on Saturday, May 7th from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Melissa City Hall.  For additional vote centers and more information, visit Collin County Elections Website.
