Jason Little Bio

Jason Little is the City Administrator for the City of Melissa and was appointed in December 2006.  Prior to this position, he served various roles in the City of Hurst over a seven year period.  Starting as an intern, he was hired as Management Assistant, promoted to Assistant to the City Manager, and lastly served as Administrative Services Director. 

Throughout his career in public service, Jason has always been an active volunteer and member of city management and public service organizations including the Texas City Management Association, Urban Management Assistants of North Texas, the International City/County Management Association, and North Texas City Management Association.   Jason currently serves on the TCMA Membership Committee and recently completed the Senior Executive Institute at the University of Virginia Darden School and the Leadership ICMA 2009 class.

Jason received his Bachelors of Science from Sam Houston State University and his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
