Payments may be made in person at the Melissa City Hall located at 3411 Barker Avenue Melissa, TX 75454, during office hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.or by mail at:

There is also a curbside after hours drop box located on the east side of the City of Melissa Municipal Center.  Payments placed in the drop box after 5:00 p.m.are processed the next business day after 8:00 a.m.  If payments are placed in the drop box after 5:00 p.m. on the 15th they are considered late and are subject to the $10.00 late fee.  DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:
Customers who choose to use on-line banking or a bill pay service through your bank, please note that your bank will send a paper check to our office by US Mail.  Payments are not posted to your account until we receive them.  Actual receipt of checks processed through on-line banking may take 5-10 days from the time your bank notifies you that funds have been taken from your account.  In order to avoid late fees or disconnection, it is the customer's responsibility to schedule their payments with this in mind.
