The mission of the Utility Billing Department is to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the assessment, distribution, and collection of utility charges.  We will strive to provide customer service that will exceed all expectations by listening to our customers and responding to their needs in a timely, professional, courteous, and respectful manner. 

The City of Melissa is excited to partner with FATHOM to provide utility customer service and billing.  This change is part of the City's ongoing effort to provide premier utility billing services to you, our customer.  Click here for more on this transition.

Curbside drop box located on the east side of the City of Melissa City Hall.  Payments placed in the drop box after 5:00 p.m. are processed the next business day after 8:00 a.m.

North Texas Municipal Water District implements Seasonal Watering restrictions effective November 1st through March 31st:

**Landscape watering allowed up to once per week as needed**
