City of Melissa Utility Billing

The mission of the Utility Billing Department is to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the assessment, distribution, and collection of utility charges.  We will strive to provide customer service that will exceed all expectations by listening to our customers and responding to their needs in a timely, professional, courteous, and respectful manner. 

The Utility Billing Supervisor is Erin Mynatt, Assistant to the City Manager.

Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.

**New Business Hours Effective June 1, 2015**

The City of Melissa Development Services and Utility Billing Departments would like to inform our customers that effective June 1, 2015 our office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. 

As a reminder you may request new utility services, pay your utility bill online, access required forms and initiate a number of transactions here on our website.

For utility billing questions outside regular business hours or if you would like for someone to follow-up with you, please email ub@cityofmelissa.com and we will get back to you when we return to the office.


After Hours and Holidays:

North Texas Municipal Water District to ease water restrictions effective May 1st:

**Landscape watering allowed up to twice a week as needed**
