The mission of the Utility Billing Department is to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the assessment, distribution, and collection of utility charges. Stage 3 Water Conservation Measures Effective June 1, 2013

Following the direction of NTMWD, the City of Melissa will implement Stage 3 water conservation measures effective June 1, 2013. With this move, residential and business customers will now only be allowed to use automatic sprinkler and irrigation systems just once per week, if needed. Soaker and hand held hoses can be used on foundations, new shrubs and trees for up to two hours per day.
